Buildscore is a UK-based construction lead generation platform that helps builders, contractors, and suppliers identify and connect with homeowners who have recently submitted planning applications. During my time with them, I worked on two projects.
(1) The problem: When a homeowner/developer responds to a letter (via phone or email), there is currently no structured way to record that response or decide next steps. For context, when a user detects a lead they are able to send them a letter via the BuildScore platform to potentially close a deal.

Above is the wireframe created to solve the problem, it tackles key areas of the problem statement. This design sorts the letters into "All Letters" and "Responded" allowing users to easily sort between all letters and letters they have responded to. The design includes a place for users to record the conversation in notes and quick actions like "Email" and "Call" to turn Leads into actual closed deals. Finally the clear CTAs allow the user to quickly summarise the lead allowing them to quick sort letters and allow them to follow up at a later date.
